Member News: Steven Nadherny Appointed CNH Industrial's Vice President of Government Affairs

AUCC is proud to announce that Steven Nadherny has recently become Vice President of Government Affairs for CNH Industrial.  AUCC is very appreciative of the strong support it continues to receive from Mr. Nadherny, as the chamber's Executive Vice President, and his company.  We are honored to have Mr. Nadherny as our member.  Our sincere congratulations to Mr. Nadhnerny's family, colleagues and friends!

Official Bio

Steven T. Nadherny is Vice President, Government Affairs for CNH Industrial. Nadherny provides strategic advice on growth and cost reduction issues at the US federal level, concentrating on agricultural, construction, tax, and trade issues. His global responsibilities also includes representing and reinforcing CNH Industrial executives and country officers to achieve their respective operating strategies and business plans.  

Nadherny was appointed to the US-Iraq Business Dialogue (USIBD) for the 2014-2017 term by the Secretary of Commerce and was previously appointed by the Secretary of Agriculture to the Agricultural Policy Advisory Committee for Trade (APAC) for 2008-2012 term. Nadherny serves as Executive Vice President of the American-Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce (AUCC), is on the Executive Committee of the US-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC), is the Vice Chair of the US-Turkmenistan Business Council (USTBC), and serves on the Boards of the American-Romanian Business Council (AMRO) and the US-Poland Business Council.  

Nadherny was appointed to his current position in November 2014. Previously, he was Director, Institutional Relations since March 2003.  Before that he was Manager, Government Affairs for Case New Holland Inc. (CNH). Prior to November 1999, when Case Corporation and New Holland merged to become CNH, Nadherny was Manager, Government Affairs for Case, a position he held since opening the office in August 1997. Before joining Case, Nadherny managed the Washington office of KRC Research & Consulting, and assisted the President in new business development. Before joining KRC, Nadherny served as Director of the National Business Coalition for the Republican National Committee in Washington, DC, where he was responsible for the creation and implementation of National Business Coalition for the Dole-Kemp '96 Campaign. Previously, Nadherny was the Program and Official Proceeding Schedule Manager for the 1996 Republican National Convention in San Diego, CA. Prior to working for the RNC, Nadherny was Manager of Government and Public Affairs for the Electric Generation Association, a national trade association in Washington, DC.  

Nadherny is a graduate of George Mason University with a Masters in Business Administration and he received his BA from The George Washington University.
