On 23–25 April 2020, the II International Legal Forum “Tashkent Law Spring” will be held in the capital of Uzbekistan. The forum is held for the second time by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the assistance of a number of partner organizations.

The international legal forum held in 2019 aroused great interest among both local and foreign experts in the field of jurisprudence, which prompted the organizers to hold a similar event in 2020. Within the framework of the forum, 12 memoranda and agreements were concluded. Tashkent Law Spring 2019 events were covered by more than 100 national and foreign media representatives.

Today, IT technologies are increasingly used in all areas of life. Strengthening globalization and the rapid development of the global Internet and artificial intelligence directly affect the sphere of law. Given the importance of legal regulation of these issues, the main theme of the II International Legal Forum is defined as “Law 4.0. A vision of law in the context of the fourth industrial revolution. ”

At the same time, the forum will discuss issues of mediation, arbitration, advocacy, corporate governance, securities, intellectual property, public-private partnerships, anti-corruption and compliance, antitrust laws, legal education and science.

The forum is expected to involve ministers of justice of Uzbekistan and several foreign countries, heads of judicial and other state bodies, representatives of international organizations, leading world legal and consulting firms, lawyers, well-known scientists, specialists and experts in the fields of jurisprudence, international law and economics.

Participants will have the opportunity to attend more than 20 discussion sessions, round tables, workshops and presentations, listen to lectures by international and national experts, exchange views and experience with colleagues from different countries.
