HARRY EUSTACE, JR.

Secretary, AUCC
Company: FMN Logistics

Harry Eustace is a seasoned business development and project finance professional with more than a decade of international experience. As CEO, he provides the strategy and guidance that allows FMN to consistently deliver the solutions our customers are looking for on time and within budget.

Prior to forming FMN Logistics, Harry served as the VP of Corporate Development for Oxus Gold, PLC, a publicly listed gold mining company with primary operations inside the Republic of Uzbekistan. While there, Harry was instrumental in growing the company, forming partnerships and securing financing by managing relationships with institutional investors.

Harry has spent the better part of a decade living, working and doing business throughout Central Asia, including years spent as a consultant serving a wide economic spectrum of industries – from oil and gas, agriculture, textiles, construction to mining and, of course, logistics.

His consulting projects have included the support of structured finance negotiations with Gazprom Bank on pipeline modernization projects in Uzbekistan, support of limited recourse project financing of “KokdumulakGaz” in conjunction with banks and national oil and gas holding, UzbekNefteGaz.

He also brings extensive experience to the table in contract negotiations for forward storage of US forces food supplies and related logistics services in support of “Operation Enduring Freedom” in Afghanistan.

Harry began his international career after earning a master’s degree in international political finance at the University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of Public & International Affairs. Harry joined an international consulting firm where he gained expertise on a range of World Bank, International Finance Corp. (IFC), United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and Asian Development Bank (ADB) funded projects as well as experience with the US Export-Import Bank.
