BIOGRAPHY OF AARON D. ROSE

Aaron Rose is an entrepreneur, business consultant, and government advisor. As an entrepreneur, Aaron develops business ventures in the information and communications technology, renewable energy, and clean technology sectors. In addition to the U.S. and European markets, he is engaged in developing business ventures in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Aaron currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of ROI3, Inc., a company that creates applications for mobile devices (smartphones and tablet computers) for emerging and developing markets. Moreover, he is a principal of ROI3 Global Management, LLC, a private investment and holding company that provides equity investments to entrepreneurs focused on solving the challenges of the 21st Century.

Aaron has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Rose Global Advisors since 1999, consulting businesses of all sizes in global strategic planning and business development, international growth management, and knowledge management. Aaron's expertise is evaluating market readiness and barriers of entry, creating strategic alignment between business operations and business strategy, assessing existing corporate, financial and operational plans, and improving business performance to gain operational efficiencies and more effective resource allocation. He also provides program management, product management, project recovery and audits, and he has experience in various sectors including information and communications technology, clean technology, renewable energy, microfinance, retail, agribusiness, ecotourism, transportation, education, and capacity building in the public sector.

With respect to the public sector, Aaron advises governments in promoting comparative national advantages in order to attract foreign direct investment, communicating investment opportunities to prospective investors, and creating private sector development strategies including public-private partnerships. Furthermore, he advises governments and global development agencies on international trade and sustainable economic development policy, country competitiveness and accountability matters.

Aaron serves as a director or advisor for several professional and nonprofit organizations including the American-Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce (Washington, DC), FURSA Africa (Masaka, Uganda), M Gralnick Enterprises, LLC (St. Louis, Missouri), Seattle-Be'er Sheva (Israel) Sister City Association, Seattle University Albers School of Business and Economics Center for Global Business, Sound And Sustainable Innovative Health Alliances (SASIHA) (Les Cayes, Haiti), Trade Development Alliance of Greater Seattle, and Visions Northwest Optical, Inc. (Seattle, Washington).

Aaron teaches seminars on entrepreneurship and business development, and he regularly lectures on the role of the private sector in nation recovery and reconstruction. In 2005, he served as a delegate to the United Nations World Summit and continues to advise world leaders on economic, technology, and trade development matters.
